Organization: With/without GVSP About: Assist with field research on Trypanosoma cruzi in local dogs. Days may be long as they involve collecting blood and skin biopsies in the field before returning to the lab for processing. Housing: A hostel close to the facility is approximately $12 a night; No A/C or hot water included. Transportation to the field site is provided. About: Volunteer at the Panama Spay/Neuter Center and help reduce Panama's stray population while educating local communities on the importance of spaying and neutering pets. Some knowledge of Spanish is recommended but not required.
